My name is Sandra Castanheiro, and I’m originally from Madeira Island, Portugal.
A few years ago, I moved to London looking for better opportunities. I worked as a dental assistant for 10 years, and for a long time I believed that working harder and doing more overtime was the only way to move forward.
But little by little, I started to feel that my life was being controlled by my schedule.
I was working long hours, coming home tired, and missing moments with my daughter, Alice, that I could never get back.
One moment changed everything for me.
On Alice’s second birthday, I promised her I would be home in time to cut the cake. But work ran late again. When I finally arrived, the guests had already left, the balloons were on the floor, and Alice was asleep in the dress she had chosen for her party.
That night broke my heart.
I realized I didn’t just want more money. I wanted more time. I wanted to be present. I wanted to build something that could give me more options as a mother.
In February 2023, I found the travel business. I learned that travel was not only something people book for holidays — it can also be work you do online, earning commissions by helping clients book their trips.
I started learning, taking my first bookings, and helping other people who wanted to do the same.
Today I work online full-time from Madeira, Portugal. I have helped train more than 100 Travel Partners, and over that time our travel activity has generated over $1.3 million in cumulative travel sales.

Leadership Progression
As your own activity and your team's verified sales grow, you can move up through the levels, and the commission percentages you qualify for can increase.

How Commissions Can Work

If a completed travel booking is $10,000 and the assumed average iCliGo margin is 12%, the applicable margin would be $1,200.
Your direct commission is calculated as a percentage of that applicable margin. Depending on your Travel Partner level, direct commission can range from 30% to 50%.
In this example, the potential direct commission could range from $360 to $600, depending on your level.

You can also grow by supporting other Travel Partners in your team. This is not based on sign-ups alone. Team-related commissions depend on verified travel sales activity, completed travel bookings, qualification level, and applicable company rules.
For example, if a Travel Partner in your team generates $10,000 in completed travel bookings and the assumed average iCliGo margin is 12%, the applicable margin would be $1,200.
Your potential indirect commission is calculated from that applicable margin and depends on your qualification level.
In this example, if your qualification level allows a 20% indirect commission, the potential team commission could be:
